Sealant

The sealant is a low-solvent flexible thick paste. The main component is organic polymer resin, which is a flexible substance and has a good sealing effect on low temperature cold preservation.


(1) Appearance: High viscosity brown gum

(2) Average density: 1100±100kg/m3

(3) Solid content: >70%

(4) Low temperature resistance: soaked in -196℃ liquid nitrogen for 72 hours, no abnormality in appearance

(5) High temperature resistance: placed in the environment of 60 ℃ for 168h, there is no abnormality in appearance

(6) Operating temperature: -196℃～+80℃

Product application

This product is mainly used for bonding and sealing between foam glass, polyurethane and other cold insulation material blocks, and can maintain elasticity at low temperature.

 

Package storage

(1) Packed in iron drum, 20kg/drum;

(2) Store at room temperature away from light;

(3) Please use the opened product within 24 hours. If it cannot be used up, please seal and store the remaining product.

 

Use and Precautions

(1) Construction method: apply a spatula to the sealing surface of the cold insulation material.

(2) This product may form a thin dry film on the surface after being opened and stored for a period of time at a higher ambient temperature or after being sealed and stored for a long time, which is a normal phenomenon. After the film is removed, it can be used continuously without affecting the product. of various performances.
