Polyurethane

Rigid polyurethane (PUR) is a new type of foam that uses polyether or polyester and polyisocyanate as the main raw materials, plus flame retardants, stabilizers and foaming agents, etc., after mixing and stirring to produce chemical reactions. The low temperature insulation material of the foam has high closed cell rate and low water absorption. Due to the low thermal conductivity of the blowing agent gas in the pores, it has a certain self-extinguishing property, and is often used for cold insulation and low temperature insulation.

Applications

It has the advantages of low thermal conductivity, high strength, light weight, sound insulation, shock resistance, insulation, strong floatability, stable chemical properties, and convenient construction. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, ethylene, cold storage, food storage and household appliances. It is used in industries such as partition walls and siding. When applied, it can be prefabricated by a prefabricator into plate or tube-shell products, or it can be sprayed or poured foaming on site.

Packaging and storage

(1) Packing straps, can be customized if there are special requirements.

(2) It should be placed in a waterproof, moisture-proof, light-proof, dry, cool and ventilated place, avoiding heat sources and strictly preventing exposure to sunlight;

Use and precautions

(1) During transportation and handling, the rigid polyurethane should be handled with care, and should not be rolled, bumped, or bear heavy objects.

(2) As pipeline and equipment insulation, steel tape should be used for bundling.

(3) During the construction process, the parts that need to be cut can be processed with a saw blade.
